Clarification: The delay was due to insurance and out of LAB's control, but the way clientele is spoken to is in their control.
Called Gwen on 6/8/2017 to address her concerns. Unfortunately she would not talk with me, other than to say someone had changed the radio station and she did not want to be bothered because she was busy. I assured her that no-one in our employ would purposely change her radio station, reminded her of our warranty and offered to call back at a time more convenient. Gwen declined. Our workmanship carries a Lifetime warranty and we do our very best to assure every customer complete satisfaction.
