Marsha said this business did great work and the personnel were great. Her vehicle was a couple of days late because they found additional damage. She said she thought it was going to be ready on time and this business was unable to contact her in time to tell her about the delay, so she drove two and a half hours to find out that the work would take a couple more days. She said it was frustrating, but she understands that those things happen. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because of the cashier. When she went in to pick up the vehicle she went straight to the cashier to pay for everything. When she went back and found out the vehicle would be a couple more days she went back to the cashier and asked her to void the transaction, but the cashier asked if it would be okay for her to hold onto the check until she came back for her vehicle. She agreed but then she received a call the next day from someone at the business to let her know they were doing her a big favor by holding onto the check because they cannot cash it until she returned. They were under the impression that she did not have the money to cover the check and that is why they were holding onto it, which she was not happy with at all. She has already spoken to a supervisor about the issue. When she went to pick the vehicle up and it wasn't ready there were several people that were helpful and they tried to help her out. They did a beautiful job and they really understood the customer service. This business did terrific work.

Shawn said he had an issue with his rails being taken off of his vehicle. When he picked up his vehicle the rails that belong to it were sitting in the bed of his vehicle and no one at this business would say who took them off or why. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because of the previously stated issue.

Terry said when she bought her camper she got a really bad deal because this business did not tell her how to upkeep her vehicle during the winter months, which resulted in her water heater cracking. When she brought her vehicle she was under the impression that it would be covered under the warranty but they told her it was not because it was her fault. She mentioned that she would not recommend this business and she wants nothing to do with them.

Glen said he was at this business for under coating on the new vehicle he purchased from the dealership associated with them. His vehicle was finished one day ahead of schedule and they did a very good job. The estimate was prepared by his salesman, James Slattery who did a fine job. He mentioned he's known James since he was born and he is a very honorable person so he knew he would not work for a business who is not and he was proved to be correct. He started just coming in to look at vehicle and didn't need to go any further than this business. His truck also gets wonderful gas mileage as promised.

Kenn said the repairs took longer than he expected. It took 2 days longer than promised, but he doesn't know the reason why it was delayed. He wasn't kept informed enough because the business told him when the repairs are going to be done and when to pick it up. There could also be more detailed communication. He chose this business because they were the only ones open on Saturday that could work on his vehicle right away.
