I went to see a car I was very excited about and obviously was hoping to buy. When I got there Chase told me that there was another buyer on the way and if I could wait twenty minutes. I told him that I couldn't and I had to head to work in an hour. Chase told me that he didn't want to sell me the car because the other buyer "drove from three hours away to see the car." But if he didn't like it I could have it. He drove from three hours away so I'm guessing he would most likely be buying it. He showed me another car, the inside smelled like cigarettes. I also had my heart set on the car that I came to see. He told me he scheduled the guy to see the car at 10:30 and me at 11:00. I feel like this is very unprofessional because it was a complete waste of my time. Even If the other guy had come on time because our time slots are so close together it would have been unprofessional for me to show up there expecting to see a car and being told it was just sold moments before I got there. They should work on that because it was very disappointing
