I was very pleased with Lloyd's Auto Glass repair of my front car window shield. It was fast, prompt with little or no waiting. I drove to their location on Old Palofox and was out of there in no time at all.

The man installing the glass thinks that you can put alcohol on a rag that has cleaned 20 windows already , you must use a clean rag on every window or the window will be cloudy.

I am sorry if we didn't get your window fully clean after installation.

While I am not sure of who used alcohol and a dirty rag to clean your windshield, I do know that we typically use only fresh paper towels, and Sprayway glass cleaner, which we find to be the best cleaner available during the installation and clean up process.

I hope that you will consider our services in the future!

I am totally impressed with your service. In fact, my daughter does not have coverage on her broken windshield so I am going to have it repaired when i can come up with the money. I can't think of any higher compliment. PS the steaks are incredible
