Carolyn said she didn't have a problem with them and they kept her updated during the repair process. She said the vehicle was ready when promised. She mentioned that she really liked how they looked over the whole vehicle. They also gave her a printout of possible things that need to be done in the future.

Robert stated the staff performs a good job all the time. It is the reason he keeps going back to the business for his repair services. He appreciates the level of repair services and support he receives. Francisco Luna is very nice, very good, and very efficient. Francisco tries very hard to find the problem, and fix it. The level of repair services was perfect, and the workmanship was good. They provided a bottle of water for refreshment, and he was able to speak with a representative regarding the end results of his repair services. He was able to sit in a air conditioned building while he waited for his repair services to be completed. Everything regarding his repair service was good.

Luis said they did a good job. They treated him well and arranged a rental vehicle. They even give out bottled water to waiting customers. He purchased his vehicle here. He was told to go to a different body shop, but he insisted on coming to this business.

Spoke with Ashley. She said this business didn't contact her towards the end of the repair process. She shared that her vehicle was not ready when promised because it took 2 extra days due to them not repairing the vehicle correctly the first time. She was not kept adequately informed because she had to get ahold of them when her vehicle was ready and then they said they were open on a Saturday when they really weren't.

Gail said after she picked her vehicle up she drove a couple of miles down the road and the vehicle just quit running. She said she contacted the business and they sent someone out to her who knew what the problem was right away because when he was working on the vehicle he forgot to plug something in, which caused the battery to drain. He was very apologetic and he corrected the issue immediately.

Nikita was not satisfied with her overall service experience because this business did not fix the problem, but she still had to pay $100. The part did not come in initially and when it did come in, it was broken. She said she has to bring the vehicle back in and pay an additional $100 to have the work performed. This business did not provide her with a promised time. She said she was not satisfied with the way she was kept informed, the way she was treated and the communication because she had to wait for the manager to respond to her and they never called back. She would not recommend them based on this experience.
