Exceptional Service & Value
I have searched for a mechanic for years. From the moment, I called Lorick's, I was impressed. I was greeted by a warm, friendly voice and was not rushed off the phone. Then, one of the mechanics road with me, so he could hear the noise and make a diagnosis. The mechanic figured it out within 5 minutes! It is important to note that I had taken my car to two other mechanics and they couldn't find the problem. Then, the mechanic allowed me to take my car home, which was a 30 minute drive from their shop, and he brought it back to work on it. Now, that's customer service! Needless to say, I will be a lifetime customer. Thank you for doing quality service at a reasonable price. I have told others about Lorick's and will continue to do so. They are the best!
