My experience with Lou's was great! Rachel was the best!super cool and friendly helping me throughout the whole process, Letting me know quickly what the problem was and my options. She also gave me their recommendations while being considerate and thoughtful knowing my financial situation, and willing to work with me on payment. Lou called to touch base with me and let me know my car was ready and running great. The whole experience was great and my car IS running great! Thanks to the guy's in the garage and Rachel in the front office and we'll the whole team for helping me get back on the road again! See you next time guys, thanks!
