Customer Service!!!
Each and every time I take my vehicle in for my maintenance the customer service has been impeccable!! They not only take the time out to talk to you about what is wrong with your car, the safety of your car, but explain what if's and what not's. They have always put their customer's first. When you visit as often as I for my maintenance - they are on a 1st name basis - now that's service:) I only wish Triple A would allow them to become members. The only reason they are not - is because a shop is too close in proximity to allow them also to become Triple A members. But......if everyone voiced an opinion to Triple A, i'll bet they become members.
