Oil Change gone wrong
I have had my oil changed twice and both times requested to rotate the tires. Both times I cam back it the tire rotation wasn't done. It was at the end of the day so I couldn't wait for it to be done. Also, on another truck, they fixed the A/C but I still don't feel that it runs cold. Lou's has always been great for everything, but now I think they might be slipping. I can't recommend to a friend right now but have before.
