Deceptive and disgusting
Dont become another victim of lavicta. I am a former employee, disgruntled, sure. But that does not mean what I say is not true. The over Victor has an issue being honest, he will do anything and everything to get money out of you including changing parts that have nothing wrong with them. The most current example was a Chrystler 300 with a missfire, previous shop had replaced a coil and it was still missing. I looked at it and noticed that one of the pins was bent, straightened it out and plugged it in. Worked perfect. I told Victor and he said that he was ordering them a new coil, I told him not to because there was nothing wrong with their current one, just a bent pin. He went ahead and ordered the new coil (with 400% markup and $100 an hour labor charge) Made me change the coil because "the customer is not going to pay for parts we didnt change" which I told him, "so dont charge them because there is nothing wrong with their current one, just charge them the diagnostic" But he changed it anyways. Kept the customers car for 4 days, their car was ready the same day but since he had to order the part, and got the wrong one the first time had to wait longer, then lied right to the customers face about their good coil being bad.
One of the lesser examples.
Oh. If you have a silver camero and read this, please contact me, Lovicta destroyed your engine and pulled it out for no reason, then charged you for their mistake, kept your car for like 4 months and Victor was driving it around like he owned it when you couldnt pay for the engine that was 100% their fault, I can give detailed information. What they did to you was beyond disgusting and I am sorry. I hope you read this, we have only ever had 1 silver camero, you know who you are. If you know someone that has a similar story please pass this on. I will do what I can to make it right.
I allowed Victor to corrupt my moral values, not anymore.
Please, stay away from this place, nothing good can come of it. The 5 star reviews come from a company Victor hired to raise his rating, anothing pathetic move by Lovicta, their real reviews are so bad. I am ashamed to ever have been a part of this garbage dump.
