I am from out of state and broke down in Deerfield Alex did a great job explaining the problem over the phone first to me and then again to my husband. Then they determined that a less expensive solution was probably all that was needed and he explained that. Very thorough paperwork and photos were provided to give to my usual mechanic, should the problem arise again. If I had to break down, I was very fortunate to have my car towed to this service center!
