Hard not to be happy when it was a simple fix but that is what made it good. I certainly could have been told it was something major and I have been told that when it wasn't.... so bottom line is why wouldn't I return there if the need arises again? You guys were honest..... so kudos on that alone, sad but it is rare..... great job and thanks

"the already had the answers for me before they told me the problem"
i was in from out of town and the were able to take care of my car and kept me in the loop the entire time

Recommend but I'd tell them how the inside of your car is not respected (and to always expect your seat, sunvisor to be moved.

I do apologize to hear your vehicle left dirtier than when you arrived. I did speak with the technician and let him know of this concern. I would like to see if there is anything I can do to help clean your vehicle or what I can help with in the future, as we do value you as a customer and would like to not see you go to Valvoline.
