I'M baffled for your unsatisfied review of your recent visit and the repairs of the Accord, which were all performed under warranty and no $0 cost to you. I am not sure how else we could've accommodate your service needs. If I recall correctly the problem is inside the transmission of your vehicle, not the seal. As courtesy we replaced the part a second time Under Warranty and advised of the internal wear of the transmission and drive train which may cause it to leak again.
As for your prior visit, we fixed several of the other maintenance and service need , after discussing all of them with you and having your authorization before the work was performed. I'm not sure why you were not satisfied for having your car serviced, after you had authorized all the repairs.
We take pride in our works and we always do our diligence to have the vehicle thoroughly inspected and the customer advised of our finding and NEVER perform any unauthorized repairs.
