I had an oil change in my new vehicle and it was botched. I called to explain to them how oil had leaked all over my garage and they didn’t thread the gasket right so it broke. Provided pictures and told them I would bring the broken parts. Their response has been extremely unprofessional. They have taken no accountability and could care less about the inconvenience it’s caused my family.

Sometimes mistakes are made. The customer was given a full refund and a sincrere apology. I am sorry this happened and as the owner I take these matters very seriously. The mechanic was spoken to regarding the matter.
