BAD CARS BAD BUSINESS
I have bought a few cars from this establishment and the other cars seemed to work out just fine over time. But this last time being there and buying this particular car was one of the worst experiences ever. Not only was the salesman terrible and rude and rushing me to purchase a car, but later found out a month or so after driving that there was a massive oil leak coming from the rear main seal. I bought this 2009 Volkswagen Passat $7000 cash because they lied to me and said that the car was in great shape, only had one owner, and very low miles. I believe them because I trusted them from the previous cars I have purchased. But they blatantly lied to me, straight to my face and took my money with no problems at all. I have tried contacting them numerous times about this issue and I have yet to hear a word back from them. I have also stopped by several times to speak with the owner and he seems to never be there. If this were some minor problem with the vehicle I probably would just suck it up and this is the money out myself. But this apparently is a $1500 job, taking the transmission out to replace a seal that is leaking massive amounts of oil. So now not only am I driving a car that is leaking oil, which is costing me money to keep filling each week, but it’s also putting wear and tear on the engine due to low oil levels. A few mechanics have looked at it and also addressed this was an issue that has been there for quite some time, way before I purchased the car. Meaning this dealership knew this Volkswagen I purchased from them had this massive problem And failed to acknowledge it, and fix it before selling the car. And furthermore, never made it known that this issue was there upon my purchase in the first place. I tried time and time again to reach out and try to come to some agreement fixing this problem because this is a problem that should never be there when purchasing a vehicle. Nonetheless I have purchased other vehicles from there as well and I am a comeback customer. But at this moment they Leave me no choice but to put a terrible review about their establishment out there, and for me to warn you all about purchasing cars from this particular dealership. My attorney will be reaching out to them shortly because apparently my phone calls to them are meaningless. I advise you stay away and find somewhere else to purchase a vehicle if you would prefer to have a good experience.
