It's all good. All my requests were handled efficiently and within a reasonable time frame. Disappointed that the tires I purchased from QT&M were wearing out after only 34000 mi. The mileage you show for the vehicle is STILL incorrect. It was serviced at 146,400 mi, far from 168,00. Lou makes sure that I receive excellent service and the cost is within reason.
