Great service, knowledge of the technicians and loaner cars for customers.
Maple Grove Auto is an outstanding establishment with capable people who really understand the meaning of customer service. The freedom to work directly with the technicians is a breakthrough practice that I believe sets this business apart from the dealerships adn other automotive repair shops. Our family has been taking our vehicles to MG Auto for about 15 years. We have had no less than 7 or 8 different vehicles serviced by them during this time and they have never failed to meet or exceed all expectations.
