Courtesy, communication, honesty, great techs
From start to finish, my auto problem was correctly diagnosed, estimated honestly, and repaired fully to my satisfaction. There were a couple time delays, understandably, due to holidays, but good communication and courtesy beyond my expectations made the overall experience great.
