The technician at the desk gave me a complete rundown of what the mechanic / technician did and what he found. I was impressed with the level of service from a non-dealer, independent garage like they are. They found the problems and recommended the solutions. Everything was done transparently giving me great confidence. The loaner vehicle was also much appreciated.
