Verified CustomerI am sorry that you feel like you are not a valued customer. I am not sure what actually took place as this is the first time I am learning of this. If you were dissatisfied with our staff or felt you were being mistreated, why did you not ask to speak with the manager when you picked up your car. I am a little confused that you would only bring your car back for future services that Jiffy lube can't perform? when you state in your text that the work was well executed? This is a very stressful and problematic business. Yes sometimes as humans we are not at the top of our game and the lines of communication don't always flow as we would like. If this was the case, I sincerely apologize as we never try to purposely alienate our customers from our business and always try to provide the best service that we can. I appreciate your honesty, however I wish that you would have addresses this with me personally.
