Expensive
I was disappointed. The receptionist is rude and self-involved. The prices are high. I would not recommend this shop to my friends. I was led here by the high reviews. SureCritic will also not be recommended to my friends.

Mr. Berry, I tried to reach out to you to speak with you about the low score rating that you gave our shop. I am a little surprised at your comments? I explained to you up front what our cost was for the transmission diagnosis and you agreed to the charges prior to bringing your Ford Taurus in for the transmission diagnosis? Unfortunately your 212,000 mile car looks like it is in need of a transmission. After giving you a price on the new replacement transmission you informed me that you were just going to junk the car, and that you were going to have a tow company pick up the car. Yes their may have been other options available such as a used transmission however you never opened up that line of communication as it being a possibility or alternative repair option and I never brought it up as well. I put a copy of the diagnosis report under the drivers side floor mat with the keys for the car? If you did not get the report, maybe you should ask the guy that towed the car what he did with it? or at the very least call the shop and ask us for a copy which we would have gladly provided you with. Since you did not pick the car up personally it was impossible for us to give you the paperwork that normally would have been given to you at that time. As for the comment about the "rude receptionist that is self involved" If you call finishing a conversation that she already had in progress with another customer and staff member rude. Then so be it. As soon as she was done with that matter she addressed your concerns which I am sure was only a few moments.
