Great service

I first started coming to Marv & Mikes about a year ago because of the convenient location (on my way to work). I recently brought my Honda Odyssey in with some specific repairs I needed, but they also did a diagnosis of other potential problems since it was the first time my minivan had come into the shop. After the diagnosis, they called me to talk about my options. They were very knowledgeable about the issues they discovered and explained the urgency of each one, or whether it could wait until next time. I was able to explain to her what work I had done on it within the past year or so and she was able to adjust her recommendations accordingly. I had also asked them to check on the front lower bushings since the Honda dealership had told me needed to be replaced when I took it in for some recall work a week earlier, but Marv & Mikes assured me that those parts were fine and didn't need to be replaced. To me, that is a good sign of their honesty. When I said that I wanted to do some of the simpler things myself (e.g., air filters) they didn't discourage that. Also, the price that I had to pay for the work was about $50 less than the quote they gave me on the phone, which was a pleasant surprise! That wasn't the first time that has happened either!
