"Tracy did her job wonderfully "
Tracy did a wonderful job and attempting to solve my problem with minimal frustration. However the service manager provided me with terrible service and made me feel like I was trying to get services for free. Even though I had the appropriate paperwork stating corporate was handling the cost to my repair. The following day I received a pleasant call from Tracy letting me know my radio had been ordered and to schedule my appointment for installation. She was very nice and pleasant. Only if everyone at Massey handled escalated issues the way she did I might not be as frustrated and disgusted with their service. Tracy is the best part of Massey's service team!!!

"The worse customer service I have experienced in a long time"
Such a great car at a really decent price considering the market these days. Due to the poor customer service you have just lost 1 customer for sure and possibly more because I won't be referring anyone to the Massey dealership for service or to buy!!

"Outstanding Service"
I am pleased with the service. I am disappointed in the Hyundai Accent. I have a 2002 and 2006 vehicle I have not done any strut related work too and each vehicle has over 110,000 miles. My 3 year old Accent has 75000 miles and I've had issues with it I've never had with any other vehicle. The newer cars you are still paying payments on should not have any issues other than normal maintenance. Oil changes, Tires, minor things.

"Great Service"
Went in for a basic oil change. During the initial walk around, it was noticed tires were wearing unevenly.
Massey took the time to do a 4 wheel alignment, even though it was not part of the initial appointment.
