Customer service and lack
I'm glad we were able to fix the concerns you had on your car. I'm sorry that the loaner you were given was damaged while in your possession. Per the loaner agreement your insurance was contacted as well as you for repairs. Please feel free to contact me at any time if you have any additional questions.
