Purchasing my vehicle was a hassle
On top of the fact that my purchase was a terrible! The salesman didn’t go over any of the features or tell me anything pertinent to the vehicle. I called to service after 3000 miles I received a recording from the service department. After several attempts I went to the dealership. They informed me that the first service wasn’t until 7000 miles. When I reached 6000 I called to schedule service 3x only to get a voicemail, left several messages no one called me back. When my vehicle had 6,736 miles I was out and about and it wouldn’t start! I got needs service, I called Jim Falks only to be transferred to service and a recording. I called AAA and they couldn’t start it & planned to send a flatbed to tow me to Jim Falks. I finally got a hold of someone to help, she said it was her first day. She was able to give me an appointment for the next day @7:30am. I’ve tried to call them but haven’t heard anything yet. Don’t buy a vehicle as the service department is incompetent and not contactable. I guess I’m spoiled as I have a Toyota for 8yrs. and the service there is excellent. I plan to trade this car in and get a Toyota!
