Katrina in scheduling and Eri in transportation have good customer service.
Katrina in scheduling and Eri for transportation were great. I request for my services advisor, Bobbi to check the front passenger side fog light. Work was done and charged without prior authorization. I was told at the time of initial service drop off that my bill would be no more than $29.99 for the oil change; I had a coupon. When I picked up my vehicle, I was charged an additional $33.00. It would of been nice if I would have received a call for prior authorization; $ 33.00 was too much to be charged to change a light bulb. If this would not have happened I would have definitely recommend Merced Hyundai.
