Outstanding customer service and VW knowledge!
Right off the bat, I was very impressed at the appearance of this shop. You walk/drive right onto the shop floor and can look at every lift/service bay. Everything was immaculate, which is always a good sign.

I have been here for several repairs to my 2010 VW diesel. With each repair, the techs have been very patient and accommodating in answering my questions (I'm a mechanical engineer and a shadetree mechanic myself, so I'm sure this hasn't been easy!).

I will certainly keep coming back here for my VW service needs and will recommend that my friends and family do the same.
