I first used Middlebrook Exxon when I was in a jam to get some work done on my car before a trip. Their approach and demeanor was so pleasant I later tried them with my regular service requirements. They have not disappointed me once and their rates are about half the big dealership service departments that always have a shopping list of things you "absolutely must get done".
