Basically one lonely saturday i went to work and noticed that my front brakes were making a grinding noise. I called pepboys and they told me that it would cost me about 350 for them to replace the front rotors and brake pads. I googled places around where i lived and this was the first one to show up. Gave them a call, and they gave me an estimate of 210 but saturday they only work half day, so i needed to get there asap. I drove there. The parking lot was completely full, and each of their 3 lifts had a car on it. The guy told me that the parts didnt arrive yet but they will take me. I said ok, walked a few blocks. Decided to look for a barber. Waited at the barber for him to finish with his only other customer already in progress when i walked in. Just as the barber was finishing up i got a call saying my car was ready in less than an hr. Normally id have to wait 2hrs just for an oil change at pepboys. Great, friendly service, good prices, fast work, brakes never felt better. Will be my first choice every time.
