GREAT, HONEST, RELIABLE SERVICE
On 5/28/14 I brought my 2005 X3 BMW to Midtown Auto Repair because I failed NJ state's inspection due to a problem occurring with my emissions. When I arrived at Midtown Auto Repair I was greeted by the knowledgeable and friendly service technician, Vinny. I explained to Vinny what my problem was, handed over my necessary documents, and Vinny explained to me in layman's terms what could possibly be causing my problem. Vinny explained to me that he would need to scan my vehicle to be certain of the problem and then he would contact me to let me know the exact problem and also to give him the go-ahead to order the part(s) necessary to fix the problem if I agreed on repairing my vehicle. Of course I gave Vinny the OK to perform the necessary repair and Vinny did let me know that it was possible for me to be without my vehicle for approximately 2-3 days but he did tell me that if I needed to use my vehicle I was free to do so while we waited on the part to arrive. Since I had no emergency errands to run I decided to keep my vehicle with Vinny. Much to my surprise my vehicle was repaired the very next day. My dreaded check engine light is gone! The truck runs great and now I have a brand new inspection sticker! When I went to pick up my vehicle Vinny was not only nice enough to let me know of a few other possible repairs that may be needed in the near future on my vehicle but he also drew up an estimation for me which I greatly appreciated. Thanks Vinny and Midtown Auto Repair for making me a satisfied customer. Looking forward to allowing Vinny and MIdtown Auto Repair to handle all my vehicle service needs.
