They go the extra mile for their customers
Had to replace my battery after needing a jump start from a stranger to start my car. The sound made me concerned it might be my alternator or starter and as I woman, I have been ripped off by repair shops too many times so I called Midtown even though I was an hour away and they took me right away. Not only did they test my car and determine it was only the battery but the young man working on my car noticed a low tire and took it upon himself to check it for a puncture and sure enough, there was a nail in my tire! He removed it, plugged it, filled it back up and had it back on my car in a flash. That's why I always take my car to Midtown Auto, I can trust I won't be ripped off and they treat all their customers like family. I've never had better service anywhere.
