Individual attention to customers. Thorough work
Appreciate the individual attention to our situations and effort to make cost affordable (although still $1000 over what I expected). The work is thorough - they got a bad part and lost 4 1/2 hours replacing it to make sure the job was done correctly. This develops trust.
