Service Experience
Checking in was speedy. However, I had to wait 45min for shuttle. Later to find out they could not find the keys. Also, I was told the car would be cleaned and it definitely was not. Moving from a BMW to Geneisis.. this is not the type of experience I'm looking forward to.
