Bought 3 cars, there will NOT e a fourth.
Bought 3 cars from Modern Hyundai of Concord over the years. I get that mechanics are hard to come by, and although it’s annoying that their service department is backed up for weeks on end for even routine services, I get it. When my Veloster threw a rod however (a known issue covered under engine class action lawsuit) not only would they they not accept the tow, but this loyal customer was refused even a diagnostic for SIX WEEKS! No further help. No further suggestions. They wouldn’t even call around to other dealerships. Love my Veloster and I’ll be dropping a new engine in, but as inconvenient as it may be, I’ll be doing that elsewhere. Avoid this dealership. Their after-purchase customer service is comically awful.
