Didn't replace valve stems
I had new tires replaced on two F150s. Two valve stems on one, and 3 stems on the other truck were not replaced; even though I was charged for 8 new stems. Additionally, 2 stems caps on one, and 3 caps on the other truck, were missing. When told, the issue was resolved quickly.
