I believe they are being honest with me!
I have never had an automotive repair person (Brian) suggest to me that when something else major goes wrong with my vehicle that we should have "the talk!" This sort of honesty coupled with a sincere desire to see that we have a vehicle that runs well makes me a loyal customer. It is nice to find auto repair personnel that I feel comfortable with and really listen to what I say.
