Not only do I feel respected, they thoroughly explain everything from waiting time to repair suggestions and cost breakdown. In one instance, the timing belt they replaced for me ever up being faulty. They repaired it in record time, checked to see there wasn't any other issues, and didn't charge me for a thing. As long as I live in the area I'll be going back to them for all my car needs.
