Tracy said she has been using the business for years. She has tried a few different places because they were more conveniently located, but she won't go anywhere else, now. She said she had an electrical problem a couple of years ago. She had taken her vehicle to 3 different places who referred her to another facility, because none of them could figure it out.. She took it to this business and they had the problem solved in 1 hour. They have only done what is necessary and they have not tried to take advantage of her. They have a good reputation and they have stood behind their work. When they have been busy, they have worked her in because they understand the importance of having her vehicle. They know what they are doing. She stated she thought the computer was more of a convenience than a necessity. They know how the vehicles should sound and have been able to diagnose the problems, without the help of the computer.
