"Honesty, Integrity, Great Service"
I brought my car in for an inspection anticipating several hundred dollars worth of work. Bob Newlin knew that I was expecting it to need work and thus he could have easily tricked me into thinking I needed more work than I actually did. However, he instead gave me just the facts, which was that I needed only one tire replaced, and then he went the extra mile to find me a gently used tire for a reduced price. Bob Newlin is an honest man through and through, and he does absolutely fantastic work on cars. I always choose Newlins!

The customer came to us for a state safety inspection. Her car did not pass.  We gave her a list of items needed to pass the inspection. Customer is on a limited budget and does not have funds to pay for all the work to be done at once.  She has scheduled work to be done in phases in order to get the inspection sticker when all work is completed.

Jose' towed the car to us after the vehicle had been to another garage to be fixed. It was not fixed. We fixed the problem with the initial issue. However the car has several issues going on. We told them what it would need to run better.  They said they would call us to schedule. We did not have the okay to repair everything. We are more than happy to repair all the issues with the car.

"Excellent personal care."
The staff was very helpful. My car needed work done for inspection and I didn't have enough funds to pay. It was very helpful when they suggested a service credit card which I got approved for. Therefore, my car got the inspection and I am very greatful for the professional way it was handled.
