I popped a flat tire on the highway driving through the Bronx and pulled over to call AAA. They connected me to this garage which sent out a tow truck immediately. Driver called me to give his ETA. Picked up myself and two children and brought us to the garage to get the tire replaced. The manager gave us the AAA discount price and communicated clearly. Tire was replaced in less than an hour and we were back on our way. I can't speak for their other repair capabiltiies but if it's on the same level as the service they provided me, I would assume it should be extremely professional and reliable.
