"Always Dependable"
Northbay imports is always my first stop for car shopping or repairs. Most recently if there is a job that they can't do they will recommend what you should do, and are always spot on! Chris is great to work with, weather you are driving an Audi R8 or in an A4, everybody gets treated with the same personal professional touch! Thank you!

"All out of Air"
I drove to the shop after my low tire pressure alert came on again after a few weeks of running with an adjusted air pressure. I explained to Chris the problem and he went right to work to bring the car in. A short time later he brought me the keys and said my scheduled appointment for the oil change on Monday would be cancelled, they did the tire repair as well as the oil change since I was already there. So very helpful to save the mechanics time as well as mine!
