"Helpful people"
Thanks to the guys at Northlake Auto for diagnosing and repairing a water pump issue and a check engine error that turned out to be a bad spark plug wire. They got me up and running and on the road again in a friendly manner. I appreciate the quick service guys!

"Very disappointed "
I brought my daughter's car into your shop and asked for an oil change and to check the freon level. The man who was helping me said "So you want us to check the AC?" And I told him the AC was fine but we thought it may need some freon. I was so surprised when I picked up the car and was told the car needed a new compressor and that we were charged for freon, oil change, evac/recharge and AC dye. What I thought was going to cost less than $60 ended up costing $183.92. I told the man that we did not want to pay for a new compressor because my daughter said the AC works fine but that on very hot days it's not blowing air as cool as it should be - hence, we wanted freon added. I should have been called before all of the work was done on the car. I didn't authorize this work be done --- all we wanted was an oil change and some freon added. We will not bring any of our vehicles back to your shop.
