Honest and helpful!!
I’ve been using Northside on and off for 25 years for routine care, maintenance as well as any mechanical work. About a year and a half ago we had rear brakes, calipers, etc. installed. This past week, I noticed a leak. I called they got me in and they were able to use a warranty on the part, so there was no charge for parts or labor.
I’m entirely at the mercy of an auto shop, and yesterday’s transaction once again confirms that they are fair and honest. Thanks, Northside!
