Dependable and honest
The customer service here is wonderful. John, Eric and the whole crew openly greet all who walk through their doors. They take their time to explain what's going on or needs to. Never have I felt they are trying to over sell/fix any of my vehicles. Appointment can be made in a reasonable amount of time. Most of the time I have to wait for my vehicle. The estimated wait time given is spot on. I often refer Northside to others and will continue to do so. It's important to have a mechanic you can trust.
