In 2008 you purchased a 2006 Altima from us and at that time we had a promotional program which featured oil and filter changes (LOF"s) for about $25 for as long as you owned that vehicle. Our records show we honored this offer.
In 2010, you traded in this vehicle for a later model Altima and we certainly appreciate your repeat patronage.
By this time we had modified our LOF program to percentage discounts.
An investigation of your recent visit disclosed that you received the discounted rate for your LOF. You total bill was higher than usual, however, as a result of additional services performed.
