I had a terrible and frustrating experience. After dropping off my car at 8 AM on 2/7/24 as scheduled, they didn't start working on it until about 4 hours later because customer service had apparently not told the mechanic that I had brought the car in. Shortly after they did whatever they did to the car, they called to tell me that the car wouldn't start. This was strange since I had been driving the car without problems though the engine warning light had been showing. They definitely did some damage to the car, which they refused to admit. They then towed the car to the Toyota Service Center and I am still waiting to hear from Toyota. Meanwhile, I'm suffering the inconvenience of not having a car. Please DO NOT take your car to Marathon Auto Repair at Okemos. I intend to report them to the BBB.
