Honest. Understanding of customers having a bad car day.
These guys are the best. They are the only place I will take my car for anything it needs. These guys won't try to sell you what you don't need. They explain in a clear way what codes your car gave and what they mean. They take the time to listen to you and your car. The best thing they did was to give me options that would best work for me at the time. No scare tactics, no pushing for me to do more then I could at the time. That kind of honesty and respect is hard to find these days.
