I went in for my first service for an oil change a the rotate the tires and it took over two hours they did fill up my tank for the wait overall it was ok, it just took a little longer than expected.

"OVER ALL THEY DID GOOD WORK. I TOOK CARE OF WHAT MY CAR NEEDED."
I CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO TOOK MY CAR IN. JUST TO MAKE SURE HOW LONG IT WOULD THE WORK DONE. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 1.5 HOURS . WHEN I TOOK THE CAR IN THEY TOLD ME 3 TO 4 HOURS. MAKES A DIFFERENCE IF YOU HAVE OTHER THING PLANNED OUT FOR THE DAY.
