In my life I have used around 15 different mechanics never completely trusting or feeling comfortable with price and or quality of work. Forget follow up because that never existed. In my first visit based on recommendation I have to say I am extremely impressed with this company's business model. Jim was more than helpful and followed up the next morning to make sure everything was ok. Something I have never experienced in 22 years of dealing with mechanics. To me that showed his work means something to him. I would not hesitate to bring your vehicle to this company.
