Beth said she's had problems with the business in the past but it was great this time. In the past, she went in to get a free oil change and got terrible service. As a result, she was 3 hours late to an appointment. They made a mistake 3 times, but finally got it right this time.

"Excellent Service"
As always, service was excellent on my 2001 Tahoe. Since the maintenance, however, every time I start the engine, the CHANGE ENGINE OIL light comes on. It does go out as soon as the car is in gear and I've driven a short distance. Probably just a glitch in the computer somewhere. :)

It is always a delicate matter if something breaks while a customer's vehicle is in our care.  In this situation, a bracket broke under the steering column for the PRNDL cable and the gearshift indicator was off.  We replaced a couple coolant sensors in the engine compartment but performed no work around the steering column.  We found a YouTube video with almost 500,000 views for this particular problem and informed the customer.  Unfortunately, the customer did not give us a chance to look at the problem and fixed it himself.  For future reference, if something like this happens while a vehicle is at our shop we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.  Our relationships with our customers are invaluable and worth far more than the cost of a repair.

Gregory said this business provided him with exceptional service. He was offered a ride home and he was offered coffee. The staff stopped to talk to him. They were cordial and it was nice to be acknowledged. After they were done they washed his vehicle, which he appreciated. He only brought it in for an oil change, but they also noticed a few things that he needed to have taken care of fairly soon. He always has a good experience.
