I have been taking my car to the Pacifico Dealership for the past 3 years and it is the best experience possible (under the circumstances of having some form of car problem or repair). I am able to schedule the service online or by phone. I usually schedule an 8:00 am appt and wait for the car. Always about an hour. The one time that it was going to be longer, I asked for a loaner and it was graciously granted, so that I didn't have to take a day off of work. The service manager are always pleasant and polite, keeping me informed of what's happening. (love the new service where I get a text message!). The waiting room is clean and comfortable and having Internet, coffee and pretzels is a bonus.
